I am a compassionate yoga, instructor, dedicated to sharing the transformative power of yoga with others with a warm and inclusive approach.

Amy
I have been an avid yogi for over 16 years and a dedicated yoga instructor for the past 11 years. I began my yoga journey after being a gym rat for years, when a friend recommended I try on of Sumits’ classes. I instantly fell in love with Sumit's hot yoga sequence which then led me to obtain my certification to teach and I have been teaching ever since!
Currently, I practice law part time and get to teach yoga as well. It is a great balance in my life and I am so grateful that I have the support, time and energy to do both. I am a big advocate of balance (hence being an attorney and a yoga teacher). I truly believe everybody needs a balance of energy in their life. Whether it’s between school and work, work and family, or whatever else, it takes time and energy to find that balance and once achieved, everything just feels better.

After years of training and competing in the world of fitness, I began practicing Bikram Yoga and found the yoga helped to heal my back pain. I decided to become a Certified Bikram Teacher in 2013 so I could share this healing yoga with others. After continuing my yoga education with some of the most respected Bikram teachers, I went on to managing a vibrant yoga studio in Orlando, Florida, and certifying in Yin Yoga, Hot Pilates, and Sound Healing. Through the use of clear dialogue, encouragement, and love, my goal is help students leave class feeling healthier, stronger, and more at ease.

Quin
Quin is a yoga teacher with three years of experience who believes yoga is more than a practice on the mat—it’s a way of showing up for yourself in everyday life. With a deep love for breathwork, Quin guides students to connect their breath with movement, building strength, presence, and resilience both physically and mentally.
Quin’s classes create a supportive space for students of all levels to explore their practice, slow down, and reconnect with themselves. For Quin, the most meaningful part of teaching yoga is witnessing students choose to show up for themselves, on the mat and beyond.
