Common questions

Do I need to be an advanced practitioner to apply?
No. The 200-hour program requires a minimum of 6 months of regular practice — not advanced postures. Consistency matters more than skill level.
How are the weekends structured?
Weekend intensives typically run Friday evening through Sunday afternoon, once or twice per month. Designed for people who can't take extended time away from work or family.
Do I have to teach yoga after completing the program?
Absolutely not. Many graduates complete the training with no intention of teaching professionally — they simply want a deeper understanding. Both paths are valid.
Is the 200-hour program Yoga Alliance certified?
Yes. Upon completion you receive a Yoga Alliance RYT-200 registration — the global standard recognized by studios worldwide.
What's the difference between the 200 and 300-hour programs?
The 200-hour qualifies you to teach. The 300-hour makes you significantly better at teaching. The 300-hour is only open to existing RYT-200 holders.
